I hope everyone can have the pleasure to meet and work with such a wonderful songwriter, and person, as you Rob. The class you put on in Madison, and the one on one work you did on my music were invaluable. To all who read this, I highly, highly recommended working with Rob if you ever get the chance. Ref: Madison Chapter Songwriting Workshop-May 5, 2012 I thought the songwriting workshop you put on for the Madison NSAI chapter was excellent. It was one of the best songwriting workshops I have ever attended. I thought that the knowledge you shared with the attendees was excellent and the songwriting exercises were great. I thought that your interaction with the attendess was great. I think everyone felt very comfortable interacting with you. Even though you have written many hit songs, I thought you were one of the most humble people I have ever met. You did a great job! Thanks for coming to Madison, Wisconsin. Gene

Hi Rob, finally got a laptop computer, am learning how to us it,slowly. Wanted to wish you and Pam a belated Happy Valentines,we're doing well and the weather is beautiful,going to be in the upper 50's. Hope the snow wasn't too bad the in Tenn.

Hello :) I LOVE the song Concrete Angel that you wrote. Because of it's meaning, and narrative poetic quality, I'm doing an analysis on it for English class. Hi Cindy....my co-writer and dear friend, Stephanie Bentley had that title in her mind. We talked about who the "angel" was - a run-away ?, a young prostitute? We decided she was the abused child and began creating the images - walking to school in the dress she wore yesterday, etc. We had tears in our eyes as we wrote it. I think Stepanie and I both know people who were abused as kids, but we come from loving homes.
